About the Event
We invite you to join us for this small group, co-ed retreat as we carve out the time and space to playfully use yoga, qigong, meditation, art, words, and the natural world to optimize energy within the mind, body, and spirit, for improved health, well-being, and the cultivation of creativity.
Come as you are, wherever you are in your yoga, meditation, or art journey. We will build trust in our abilities with playful prompts and activities that encourage expansion while also allowing for imperfection, impermanence, and the release of expectations and outcomes.
Come hungry: You will be served delicious farm-to-table meals to nourish your insides.
Come to relax: You will have access to all that the Wild Rice Retreat Center grounds have to offer including 24 hour access to the Sauna Haus and Rain Room.
